Established in September 2014, with registered capital of 1.25 hundred million yuan, Shiyu Capital completed the registration for Private Fund Manager on November 25, 2015. Mr. Cao Jian is the registered legal representative. Prior to joining Shiyu Capital, Mr. Cao founded Guibei Capital and served as VP of New Horizon Fund. Mr. Pei Jianwei is he CRO of Shiyu Capital and Ms. Wu Yan is the CFO. Mr. Cao and Mr. Pei are the qualified fund practitioners.

On June 15, 2016, Shiyu Capital filed the legal opinion for fund's registration, and was approved by AMAC.
